Yes. Our office is at 31 Princes Hwy, Werribee, and you're welcome to meet our team by appointment. Just call us on 1300 589 176 to arrange a time.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to you. When plan management is included in your NDIS plan, it comes with its own funding, separate from the money for your therapy, supports and equipment.

If you're about to have a planning meeting or plan reassessment, ask for your plan to be plan managed and let the NDIA know you'd like Felicity Holistic Care as your plan manager.

If you already have a plan, contact the NDIA (or ask your support coordinator) to update your plan manager, then fill in our referral form so we can get you set up.

Yes. With a plan manager you can use registered and unregistered providers, as long as the support is included in your plan and the price is within the NDIS price limits. We check every invoice before we pay it.

If you've given us standing approval, we process accurate invoices within 3 business days. If you prefer to approve each invoice yourself, we process it within 3 business days of your approval.

Once processed, your provider is usually paid within 1 to 3 business days.
