SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATION

SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATION

WHAT IS SPECIALIST
SUPPORT COORDINATION?

Specialist support coordination, also called Level 3 support coordination, is for NDIS participants whose situation is more complex. That might mean high or changing support needs, several different services involved in your life, or a time of crisis.

A specialist support coordinator helps work through the barriers, brings your services together (such as health, mental health, housing and justice services), and builds your ability to manage your supports over time. Our guide to Level 3 support coordination explains who it’s for and how to ask for it.

Our experienced team works with participants across Werribee, Wyndham, Melbourne and Geelong, with face-to-face appointments and regular check-ins.
