Melinda is an experienced Psychologist who brings a warm, engaging and friendly approach to all her sessions. She works holistically with adults (and older adolescents) and has a keen interest in helping people lead full and meaningful lives.
Melinda works with people to achieve their personal goals across a range of Mental health issues including, Anxiety, Stress and Resilience, Life Change/Adjustment, Parenting and Wellbeing/Meaning. Her therapeutic approach encompasses evidence-based interventions and techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology.
In her spare time, Melinda loves keeping active, reading, movies, and spending time with her family, especially her dog Nala.
Melinda provides Psychology services to clients aged 18+ years.
