Social Participation & Skill Building – Adult Day Programs in Werribee

Empower yourself, learning new skills and working towards your goals, at our participant led, Disability Day Programs for adults.

• COOKING SKILLS – Every Monday

  A structured, fun, hands-on program designed to build participants’ independence skills and confidence. Learn about nutrition, kitchen safety, and preparing and cooking food.

  Start Date: Monday 3rd, February, 2025

  End Date: Monday 31st March, 2025.
  Time: 9am – 3pm
  Out of pocket cost: $15
  Age: 18 years +

  Costs: Please note that programs are invoiced via your NDIS plan. NDIS hourly fees apply.

• OUTDOOR WARRIORS  – Every Wednesday
  Get moving, have fun, and make new friends as we explore the great outdoors. It’s all about staying active, taking on challenges, and enjoying good times. Let the adventure begin!  Come prepared with closed-toe walking shoes, a drink bottle, hat, sunscreen and a smile.
  Start Date: Wednesday 5th February, 2025

  End Date: Wednesday 2nd April, 2025.

  Time: 9am – 3pm
  Age: 18 years +

  Out of pocket cost: $15

• OP SHOPPING  – Every Friday
  Develop valuable life skills, including managing money and purchasing goods, whilst having fun making social connections with others as you visit local Op Shops. Find a treasure & see who comes away with the biggest bargain!
  Start Date: Friday 7th, February, 2025

  End Date: Friday 4th April, 2025.
  Time: 9am – 3pm
  Age: 18 years +
  Out of pocket cost: $5 + BYO spending money.
