Felicity Holistic Care welcomes compliments, feedback, suggestions and complaints from participants, children and young people, families, carers, advocates, community members and partner organisations. You may comment on our services, child safety, policies, procedures, governance, proposed changes or any opportunities for improvement. Feedback can be provided using the form below, by telephone, email, through any FHC staff member, or through our Participant Feedback Form. We consider feedback as part of our continuous improvement process. Raising a concern or complaint will not disadvantage you or affect the services you receive.
