Social Participation – TEEN WEEKEND Disability Day Programs in Werribee
Empower yourself, learning new skills and working towards your goals at our Weekend Teen Disability Day Programs.
Age: 13 – 17 years
Costs: Please note that programs are invoiced via your NDIS plan. NDIS hourly fees apply.
This program focuses on problem-solving skills to help participants navigate challenges, social situations and learn self-regulation skills. Make friends and have fun exploring the great outdoors.
